Action star Jean-Claude Van Damme celebrated his 51st birthday in Cairo, where he praised
the January 25 revolution and the Egyptians, saying “
they are warm people,” Egypt’s mass media reported on Tuesday.He was quoted by Egyptian newspapers as saying that he was curious to come and see the nation that rid itself of a dictator through the peaceful revolution.

Van Damme arrived in Cairo on Sunday and on Monday he visited the pyramids at night SOUND & LIGHT show and other ancient Egyptian landmarks.
In a number of talk shows on Egyptian satellite channels,
