Misr Company for Sound, Light and Cinema celebrated its completion of the first level of lighting at the Botanical Garden Island in Aswan.

 The size of the island is 17 acres, and the most modern technology in lighting was installed, with an electricity system saving 80% of current energy usage. The lighting system is meant to highlight the beauty of the Botanical Garden Island, a very popular touristic monument in Aswan, located in the heart of the Nile.

 This project is part of a larger group of projects undertaken by Misr Company for Sound & Light and Cinema in Aswan.
Other projects include the East and West Banks, the Tombs of the Nobles, and Tomb of Aghakhan, as well as the Botanical Garden and some of the large rock structures in the Nile intended show how beautiful Aswan is.
